There is absolutely nothing in this book that a less ethically bankrupt author/publisher would not have simply put in the book. This isn't a study guide, it's a 'stuff we removed from the main text so we could get another thirty bucks out of you suckers'.

Mostly useless! As mentioned for the text book, the authors should take lessons from Khan Academy on how to teach and then write a new "Study Guide" if they really want to help future students.
